Senior Member Service Representative - Landmark Location

Niverville Credit Union, with branches in Niverville, Landmark, and Steinbach, serves over 9,700 members throughout Southeastern Manitoba and has approximately $520 million in assets under administration. We have a staff complement of over 40 employees spread over 3 Branches.

The Main Responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Provide mentoring, coaching, and training to our frontline team.
• Providing transaction service to members.
• Opening and closing memberships, both personal and business. Auditing member files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Soliciting new members and contributing to overall business development through service excellence, product knowledge, and quality referrals. Contributing to the achievement of branch sales and service targets.
• Monitoring adequate levels of cash in branch, treasury, and other negotiable items.
• Load and balance ATMs and cash recyclers and provide basic servicing.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who has experience leading a team, a passion for excellent customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills. The competencies for this position would require a minimum grade twelve diploma. Previous banking experience and experience working with the public is preferred, but not required.

Location and Hours:

This position may be required to work out of each of our branches from time to time.

This is a full-time position, but we may be able to accommodate part-time hours. This position will require working a rotating shift on Saturdays.
